
Join Christina - Yoga Instructor, Yoga Therapist & Beyond Yoga Fitness Ambassador for this evening session where we incorporate Flow and Yin Yoga at 7:15pm. We'll warm up our body with movement through flow and then settle in to gentler movements to allow our mind and body to relax into the evening. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to check-in and settle into the space. Parking is free - please park in parking structure behind! Bring your own yoga mat and water to stay hydrated.

You're invited to join us for an afternoon of New Moon Wellness and intention setting! We start with gentle yin yoga to open up our energy centers, rejuvenate our body with some complimentary tea, and end with a sound meditation to ground our goals into reality. The grounding New Moon in Capricorn invites us to authentically ask ourselves what do we really want next in this new year and what consistent choices can we make to work towards achieving our goals?
